How do I recover my progress

My phone crashed and rebooted, i was signed in with one of my email accounts and now I cannot remember which one I used. I tried to use all of my email addresses to sign back on but I get an error message saying email address not registered for all my email addresses. PLEASE HELP

candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck…
