no rewards from striped candy competition again

I finished 1st in striped candy contest and didn't receive my rewards or even results . Also this has happened a few more times too in the past but now it has irritated me to the point of contacting you guys ..this issue seems to be affecting alot of your playerbase sort it out please otherwise I think you will loose alot of players who are being affected with no resolution from you guys

Congratulations on collecting so many Striped Candies in Dexter’s Collection!
To qualify for a prize, you must have been in the top 3 on the leaderboard at the exact time when the challenge finished, not just at some point during the event. At the end of the event, you can see your final score and ranking and then the prizes of well-deserved goodies are paid out.
If you didn't hang around until the end of the event then it's possible you may have been bumped down in the rankings by others who played to the end.
I will be sure to pass your feedback onto the Game Studio, who is looking at ways to improve the player experience the next time this event comes round.

I was definitely first with over 1000 points on second place there was 10 mins left and I did not even get results this again has happened more than once

Not able to watch Ad
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
Gold bar
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
Fraude
Estoy cansado que despues de ver un anuncio me eche del juego sin obtener la recompensa. Esto pasa demasiadas veces y me parece un fraude
Boosters not received
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
