I played the point progression game, had 5000 plus point, was first place at 2:OO am, who beat me, and why didn't I get any price?
Hello,Congratulations on collecting so many Striped Candies in Dexter’s Collection!To qualify for a prize, you must have been in the top 3 on the leaderboard at the exact time when the challenge finished, not just at some point during the event. At the end of the event, you can see your final score and ranking and then the prizes of well-deserved goodies are paid out. If you didn't hang around until the end of the event then it's possible you may have been bumped down in the rankings by others who played to the end.I will be sure to pass your feedback onto the Game Studio, who is looking at ways to improve the player experience the next time this event comes round.Kind regards,Johnny
