my progress won't connect to Facebook

My son used my iPad to play candy crush so now when I try to connect to Facebook on my iPad it is still showing his progress and not mine I've tried uninstalling the game reinstalling it logging out of Facebook and logging back in and still his progress

Could you please log out of the Facebook app, then open your web browser and login to Facebook with your account. Now go back to the game and try to connect. This should ensure that it connects to your account.

Boosters not received
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time

Level 11297 is far too difficult.
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
