I don't get payed package and Report Screen BUG AGAIN!!

I am playing on a PC onWindows 10

I pay for Seasonal Sales Package 20x + Bonus but I GET NOTHING and after close and reopen game a screen popped up that states "Is this player's profile inappropriate? Tap the button below to report it". Button that says "Report" won't let me exit out of it.

Game is no working again ...
