loss of lives recieved in gift

Dear CCS I live in India and internet connectivity is pretty unstable sometimes. I am currently at level 2458 and play on laptop since these levels are not released on android yet.When ever I loose internet connection or game is reloaded all lives recieved from friends are lost, Please try to fix it

Thanks for your feedback.

Unfortunately the game requires a stable connection while data is being transmitted from the game server.

I suggest you play Candy Crush Saga on King.com as you will be able to receive help for lives and roadblocks fast.

Please see the thread below with a step by step instruction on how to sync your game progress between Facebook and King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login, then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to receive extra lives fast in case your Internet connection has interruptions.
