Why did toothfairy count down stop working?

I reached a new level on my game and was locked out for 72 hours until the tooth fairy unlocked it - that was 5 days ago and it still reads locked out for 72 hours. This never happened before. I have no friends to ask for help and not enough gold bars to buy back into game. How do I continue my game? This is only game I play and have playing it for quite some time.

Level 11297 is far too difficult.
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

Not able to watch Ad
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
Chocolate box error
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
