I lost my level progress on Thursday and am starting from level 1 again. Could you please check my account?

    Please check the King Care page you should find the envelope icon next to your profile icon. This message is not being sent directly to your game but through our King Care site :-)

    Pet Rescue Saga won't sync with Facebook or king.com and I was on 2133 and now I have lost all progress on my mobile. Can you resolve this issue please?
