It now has only 17 moves! Impossible without boosters and extra moves. Not fair to players

Yes, it is. Playing Candy Crush isn't fun anymore with levels like these.
Another impossible level, need a lot of boosters and/or possibly buy extra moves. The game becomes way too expensive this way.
