Thank you for contacting King Care! This may be an obvious question but have you updated your Candy Crush app in your play store? This could be the reason you're not advancing. Please check if it needs to be updated.

Unfortunately this hasn't worked. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game still the same
