I have completed level 1115 in Candy Crush and it won't advance.

My Candy Crush will not advance past 1115, I've beat the level for over a week and it still won't advance

Okay, go to your app store, the place where you downloaded the game, click on the app, click on update.

It did not fix the problem. I play candy crush on two different sourses.. my laptop and android, I have redownloaded on both, I have completed 1115 but it won't let me advance. Also when I log on my android, it starts me at level 350 and then I have to scroll up to 1115... but won't let me go father

Thank you for contacting King Care! It sounds like you need to update the app. Can you go to your app store and see if candy crush needs an update. Since 1115 is on the border of passing through to the next episode it sounds like you need to update. If you're not sure how to update, I can help you if you tell me what sort of device you're playing on and if it's android, iOS or kindle.
