Candy crush saga crashes on my iPhone

About a week and a half ago I noticed that candy crush crashes on my iPhone. I can play it on my iPad but not on my iPhone. Thegame starts up. It says that it's loading and then it crashes. It seems to be running in the background but if I try to choose it it will not start. I don't want to reinstall lose all my boosters. What choices do I have? I thought the update would correct the problem, but no such luck.

Hi! That's too bad! I share your pain but nothing helped in my case. I had to finally reinstall the game...
