one is not working properly. How can I transfer my levels together with my rewards to the new mobile phone?

Thank you for posting.
You can transfer your progress by creating a Kingdom account.
Open the app and in the bottom left corner tap the settings button. Tap the orange symbol and set up your account.
These credentials can be used on your new device.
In regards to your boosters, these items will remain on the device on which they were purchased or won.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
