Hi , in the last week I have lost half my progress m I was 452 /453 and now am in the low 200s

i have lost over half of my progress, what has happened? Why did happen? Can it be fixed? Or do I need to find something else to occupy my time?

I could nor bear bear to start again not after I have invested so much time already - in fact I won't do it.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
