Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
I'm having the same issue. I just uninstalled and reinstalled and I lost all my boosters earned and purchases. Its frustrating.
Yes Chelsea it could be because you are using a Huawei phone. Google Play Store isn't allowed to be downloaded onto Huawei phones because of the USA Trade ban.
Hi Melody your issue is different to Chelsea's as you have lost boosters whilst Chelsea can't buy any.
You lost your boosters because you reinstalled your app. Removing your app removed all memory of your game from your phone and that includes your boosters which are saved on your phones memory.
Anything you purchased and have lost can be reinstated though. Just contact Player Support asking them to replace your purchased items.
Bro, wait 7d. It will solve automatically. It happened to me twice
Still having issues purchasing gold bars and boosters. Android phone. I've tried forcing close, clearing the cache, logging off and back on. Nothing helps.
Hello @MelodyR0410 what is stopping you from buying things? Are you seeing a connection error, or can you not connect to the store?
