Why did I not receive new levels this week?

Question

I typically play Candy Crush on a Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 (3rd generation). I completed level 2465 last week. I expected new levels on Wednesday (as I usually receive each week), but I did not get new level on 5/10/17. The Kindle says my Candy Crush app is updated.

When will I get new levels? My Facebook user ID is: 1051599718

Hi Ellie- Thanks for posting on King Care.  The Kindle version of  Candy Crush Saga  currently features 2465 levels while the Facebook version has 2510 levels.

All levels that are already available on Facebook need to be adapted for mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android, and, therefore, the mobile version is currently still behind the Facebook version.

The new levels should be released soon but I don't have an exact date just yet. Keep an eye on your device and its app store for the next update.

In the meantime you can always head on over to Facebook to play the latest levels or perhaps try one of our other exciting new games.
