How do I receive credit for an incomplete bundle purchase?

For the second time, Impurchased a bundle on Candy Crush and did NOT receive credit for the full complement of boosters or the 24 hour game time. The selection below will not allow me to select Candy Crush as the game. If I do not get resolution, I will contact the FTC and a class action firm. This is ridiculous.
