Lost all boosters

Had trouble opening the app for Candy Crush Saga last week on my iPad,kept closing down about 2 seconds after opening,eventually got it working but found I was back to level 1 even though I'm on level 2470. Closed app down & turned iPad off etc & when I came back to it the next day it was working again but without all my boosters?

Good morning.How do you get past level 5781? Enjoy the day.
The game freezes when using special items/boosters while playing - Edited (Reported to the Studio)!

Hi, WhWhen I watch a video, click on the X sometimes it opens a Web browser, but when I try to go back to the game it restart it! So each time I do lose the level. Can you help me? Many thanks
