Another lost my progress!!

Sorry for another lost my progress post, but I lost my progress when switching phones.  I know I was signed into my account on my old phone by email (not facebook) and was on level 706.  I signed into the same email (only email I use) on the new phone and I'm at level 265.  Would an admin kindly help me?  Thanks!
