I can't login to my account. Email is not registered.

I can't login to my account. I get an error that Email is not registered yet I had requested for a password change and I received a reset password link on that same email.

Hi Ashford,

I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.
