I asked a question 2 weeks ago - the response didnt work - is there any other ides from anyone

see my previous question - my iphone is on the list - it is up to date - I have seen responses where a file was sent to people to assist with recovering their game -- is that an option for me?

    Hello Tony,

    In regards to us sending an update file. This is not something that can do on an individual basis.

    The only option left is to delete and reinstall the app. Just make sure that your progress is saved before you do so.

    sorry johnny - not connected to facebook - so nothing is saved

    Then you will need to create a Kingdom account.

    Open the app and in the bottom left corner tap the settings button. Tap the orange symbol and set up your account.

    Then your progress will be saved and can be loaded via this account.

    Johnny - thanks for that - but the app doesn't open that far to allow me to do that - it just says loading - the "did you know" banner comes up - then it goes back to home screen for iPhone.it did display a spin wheel in the background this morning - but it disappeared when i tapped on the screenany more ideas?
