Not receiving friend requests.

In the past couple of weeks, I no longer get the requests from my FB friends and I can't even ask for lives if needed. I don't even have the list of my friends. I'm using my tablet which I always use. Nothing has changed with that. This is very frustrating.

I have never had the app for Facebook and never had a problem with Candy Crush like this before. I went ahead and downloaded the app, and rebooted my tablet. No luck. Nothing has changed. Still frustrating.

Thank you for contacting King Care! Are you getting their faces on the list of players who've already passed the level on the left hand side? Are you playing on Android or iOS? I would recommend going to your settings, go to apps, find Candy Crush, clear your cache, restart your device. Do not clear data as that will make you lose any boosters or lives (if you have any).

Jillyjill, I tried to clear the cache. Restarted my tablet, which is an Android tablet, and it wasn't cleared. Still don't see my FB friends faces or names. A friend sent me a request to test it and I didn't receive it.I followed the link you included, didn't help. Frustrating.

If not I'll refer you to King Care Admin. to see if they can fix this! Please let me know in the "answer this question" part otherwise, I don't get an alert. I was just happened to check my answers to see if anyone wrote in the comments. Not sure why this happens.
