When playing on either the desktop or my iPhone after having more then the required 100000 points it still wont let me go to the next level. Its been doing this for about 2 weeks now.

Thank you for contacting King Care! I see that level 2060 is a timed level. Once you reach your goal, ate you backing out of the game? I know that may be a silly question but it does happen! Because if you back out instead of letting time ruin out it would be considered a lose.
Also, is your app up to date? I know you said this happens on your desktop too, but can you check your play store to see if candy crush needs an update. On your desktop, try clearing your cache for your browser and the app itself, DO NOT clear data, close out all windows and do a restart of your computer. Please let me know how this works out.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
