I had 3 in a row that should have popped, but it just went immediately to the game ending. See photo attached
I just had this same problem. my dino egg didn’t drop down even though it should have.

So you're saying you placed a purple candy into the bottom row using the last move?
No, I made a move that would drop that purple candy down to remove those, so it’s not just a graphics problem, it’s a glitch in the game.
This is just a graphics problem of the game board and you also know that 3 candies are not supposed to be in the same row before the last move😊In fact, the candies on the game board are randomly stopped due to the end of the move, but if you use extra moves via the Gold bars, the candies on the game board will reach their original location.
It's definitely disappointing but we'll take it up with our team again.

when I logged in I got a pop-up saying I’d won boosters, this was followed by a pop-up saying I’d won 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive them. Anybody know what these were about?
