1102624274 this is my id and candy crush saga is not loading pass 69

I have asked you to fix this several times and have not heard a word from you. Is this fixable or not. If not tell me and I can stop checking and just get rid of it (although I love candy crush) my email is psteves2@twc.com please let me know one way or another thank you Penny Steves

Thank you for contacting King Care! What kind of device are you playing on? It sounds like you need to update the game. Go to your play store where you downloaded the game, find Candy crush and hit update.
