Unable to connect to Candy crush saga on PC

When connecting to CanyCrushSaga on my PC I have the message report a player by clicking I am referred to king.com where I have the message "offending user not found" and can not access the game. Could not delete this page , Even leaving the game and raising it, yet it works well on another PC.
