Completed level 1277 on candy crush saga and it won't move me on to the next level. It is very frustrating. Can you please fix this problem for me.

Jilly, don't ask me how. I have no idea. For some reason it moved me on after passing the level yet again.
Hopefully from now on it will be plain sailing. Thanks anyway.

Hi Valerie,
Thank you for contacting King Care! It sounds like you may need to update your Candy Crush app in your app store. This is most likely the reason you're not moving on.
