i can not connect to server to claim my rewards at each level . the problem is there for last 4 week

at the end of the game says:connect to claim your rewards and continue your collecting also says connect to window store

hi. i got the game from app store . i supposed it is king.com . it is google and i am playing on my laptop ( dell brand) . i have not tested on other devices yet. regards
