How do I restore my Candy Crush progress

I broke my screen and had to get a new phone. When I loaded CC on my new phone, I lost all of my progress. I didn't save to Facebook and it didn't recognize any of my emails when I tried to log in. I did purchase gold bars and other things when I played. Any chance I can restore my progress?
