trying to buy gold bar have the credit to do so a few people say the 02 server is down hence it wont work i have try a difference game and cant buy coins either any idea even thinking about changing my network on phone

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
