Help my Candy crush saga does not start on my Ipad air, I do not want to install the game because then I lose all my boosters and gold bullets. Have already had this problem on my iphone then I lost everything so how should I please help you with kind regards Chaterine

Hello, the tips I've received here have not helped me, I still can not get started! Have done all the updates on the ipad and the updates that candy has done but still i'm not on level 2339 on my iphone but on the ipads ended the game in 2337 have a lot of boosters that i do not want to get rid of have played this game since 2012 Help me please
