Beginners Bundle

I have purchased a beginners bundle that included 20 gold bars and a bunch of other items within in that bundle . I've waited 24 hours and still nothing . The payment has gone through but did not receive. I just want everything and I'm not worried about a refund but this is annoying . Please help.
