Why after restarting the game I was taken back 10-15 already completed games?

Why after restarting the game I was taken back 10-15 already completed games? My ID number is : 9287895133 . All the yellow fields in the picture are already successfully completed games, after the restart I was returned to the starting game from which I started today.

I was at level 3381, it can be seen on the attached screenshot. all the yellow fields were already passed before I was sent back to level 3368 . tnx

As per the screenshot I suspect you have an error in your game progress and in that case you need to manually reset your game progress to get the solution.

However, if we do that, all your progress will be erased and you will automatically have 2 stars in every level. This will mean that none of your items or high scores will transfer, but you are able to continue from where you left off.

If that's what you want, tell me and I'll let you know the next steps.

Hello, Thank you for your quick reply, but I am sure that internet speed is not the reason (100 Mbps), there is a possibility of the internet connection being interrupted for a few seconds, if this can interrupt the normal operation of the game, then the magic of the game is destroyed.

Your game progress was not saved because your internet connection was probably disconnected while playing the game on Facebook platform. However I request you to refresh the page again to see if the progress updates as slow internet can also cause such problems.

Hi, how can I start the game from game 0?

Gift card rewards
when I logged in I got a pop-up saying I’d won boosters, this was followed by a pop-up saying I’d won 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive them. Anybody know what these were about?
