I am still unable to open up the treasure chests. Will this glitch be fixed in the near future?

I send this question to you sometime last week...I was unable to open up the treasures chests last week and I cannot open them up this week. Is there a glitch in the system? I got a reply back stating to update the game. I am playing on a laptop and through facebook so I am unable to update the game. Even if was able to I have heard to many players losing their boosters once they do this. Hope you can help. Lorraine White

If you're playing on a mobile device then I suggest you regularly check for updates to the game in your App Store.

how to pass level 18332 and you guys stop the booster and the extra moves and my son ahead of me in the game and he still gets the extra move and boosters
