Can't access the rewards center

Question

I am currently on level 102 in Candy Crush. I had to play without Wi-Fi for a while so I couldn't collect my rewards. However when I did connect all of my progress was synced but I was not able to collect my rewards.  How can I now access the rewards center to collect?

Hi Cassy!

I don't think you'll be able to accumulate rewards when you're offline. Instead I suggest you're connected online when you collect items in the game.
