Hello My ID is 1769348832 and I am currently on leevl 374 (candy Crush saga), but when I open Gameroom, the game has been restarted from level 1. Help Me on this please!

1) Try a force refresh of the page - hold down CTRL and press F5 to refresh the page.
2) Try emptying the browser cache - please see this page: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/
3) Try the game in another browser - for instance Google Chrome or Firefox
4) Make sure you have other tabs closed
5) Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser
Another option is to play the game directly on King.com I've never had any issues after switching so it might work for you as well.
I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:
1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play from correct level.
