I've reached many times well over said goal on level 1925. I've reached over 200K and game ends saying didn't reach goal. Extremely frustrating! Please help

Why is the game ending saying didn't reach goal on level 1925? I've reached over 200K quite a few times. Very frustrating. Please fix.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
