Moved phones & lost progress
I had a BB Priv & moved to a BB Keyone. I played on my computer & phone 2 separate accounts. When I use my new phone I get connected to computer progress. How do I access my phone progress & all my purchases? I do know the Canycrush username whuch started with king385492

Hello,
It depends how you saved your progress on your old phone. Did you create a Kingdom account or did you synchronize with Facebook.
To reconnect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app/browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.
To reconnect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials.

When I login with email address via orange Kingdom icon it syncs me to my computer account which is different progress than mobile device progress. I did see myself assigned a username on my old phone starting with king3854... before I connected using email address. How do I connect with that username? I think that is the correct profile & progress.
