Desktop version of Candy Crush has gone back to level 1 from 2558

I still am at level 2555 on my mobile and it is connecting to Facebook, but my desktop version has reverted to the start. I have tried removing the app within FB on my desktop and adding it again but it still does not sync up with my mobile. I keep getting the message on my desk top "sorry you don't have access to the kingdom right now, please try reconnecting later".

Hi Ian Toone,
Thank you for contacting King Care! Currently, on mobile, 2555 is the last level until the next update. The reason why you see further levels on your PC is because mobile is always going to be behind 2 episodes as compared to the PC version.
As far as your issue with connecting to facebook, I'm not sure what operating system you are using but please take a look at the following links and hopefully they can help you connect:

Thanks for your reply. I am using Windows 10. I followed the instructions and am still having the same problem and back to the start again. Even the Avatar has changed and is no longer my FB profile pic. Any other suggestions?

You also may want to download facebook gameroom on your PC and see if you can sync that way. It should be on your game page on facebook.
