Can’t synchronize my king account with facebook account

i use to play on facebook candy crush saga i am on 461 level and i opened new account in king but when i try to sync account its not happening plz help

    Hello Sejal,

    Could you please let me know what steps you have taken so far?

    Normally via the settings section on King.com you should be able to synchronize with your Facebook account from here.

    Have you tried this?

    Hello Johnny,

    yes i tried via setting section of king but not able to sync. the sync button is disable

    Could you please provide me with a screenshot of this so I can see what you see and look into it.

    Have you tried to perform this action in another browser to see if its the same?

    Thank you for the screenshot.

    Could you please make sure that you have verified your email, as per the instructions in the menu on the left.

    Once done, return and then see if you can synchronize.

    Also, are you using the same email as the Facebook account?
