GREEDY FOLKS AT CANDY CRUSH SAGA! I'm around level 8600 and embarrassed by how much money I spent getting here. But not one more $$$ of my money will be given to a company that continues to stick it to their loyal customers. Restricting the amount of lives given by friends to 20 is a joke. The hard and VERY hard levels take 20 times to pass. They are forcing you to pull out your wallet to continue playing after you already had to buy the candy boosters. I hope you all stop spending money with this company. Loyal customers be dammed (misspelling intentional). Here is their surgery, sorry, not sorry reply.

I understand that it is a frustrating situation to have changes on the game when you were fully enjoying the way it was, as I mentioned I'm afraid that we cannot change it on our end however your comments were passed to our designers and developers as they are closely monitoring each feature (including changes) on the game to make sure that we provide a great gaming experience, hopefully with future updates you will come to enjoy the again again.

What is the purpose of storing life's you can't use. . this is stupid. I really hate that I "win" and hour of an item and I now have no "usable" lives. I wish they would consider putting the use of lives back where it was.

That $69 billion dollar deal should close by June 2023. Microsoft does not presently own Candy Crush.

What is the actual purpose of limiting the amount of lives one player can use in a game? I recently returned playing Candy Crush but discovered not only are all my friends missing and had to retrieve them but now the game is limiting the amount of lives one play can use in a 24hr. period. Why? Why then ask for lives if you can't use them? Not everyone can afford to purchase so basically what you are saying the game is no longer free like you advertise. Nice.

When you are able to save lives that aren't needed in a day, it helps you get through the next really difficult level. Now you are only letting us use our saved lives as many times as you allow. I never would have bought a package today if I'd known you weren't going to let me use my saved lives to get past that level. It was bad enough to say we can only accept 20 each day but now you also limit how many we can use each day. You say you want friends to exchange lives each day, and also encourage us to add more friends. Why? You won't let our new friends collect our lives, you only use our new friends as more money for you, not for gift exchanging. You are basically saying no one needs more than 20 faithful life sending friends. You are making this game more frustrating than of fun! Oh, I get it, you are using our new friend's coin purchases to pay for your commercials!

Why wpuld i bother adding friends if you wont give me any more lives?
I just really dont get your point here. I will now play less and have less friends. Not sure why you want me to do that
