Can't use new version of Candy crusher because of lights and flashing

As a migraine sufferer, the version that came out yesterday makes it impossible for me to continue playing. Is there anyway to use the old version or get rid of all the flashing lights and sparkles that they added? I enjoy the game, but can no longer play it like this.

If you play at king.com all will be as you remember it. You should be able to synchronise the account.

I'll have to try this, but I know a few years ago when I started playing, I started this way and then when I switched to Facebook I lost all my levels. They said it should synchronize fine, but it didn't. I"m a lot further now, so don't want to lose them again.

⛔ Music Season – Clarification on Event End Time
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
