Hello. Does anyone know why for a week and a half I can't connect with the facebook account of candy crush saga downloaded from Microsoft Store PC? It tells me that it is an error and to come back later, I uninstalled the game from the Microsoft store, reinstalled it, deleted it from my facebook account and reinstalled it and nothing continues the same error. Can someone help me please?

Hello, yes, I wrote to candy support several times and they didn't give me any solution other than what I did, that is, reset the game, uninstall it and install it again. Moreover, when they saw that I was writing to them again, they stopped answering me. I honestly don't know what to do and who to write to, because I can't play the new levels, I lose a lot of bonuses, etc.
