There is an acorn and a cherry that need to fall - one of them falls very easily, the other does not fall, and we only get 12 moves. Is this a bug?

Cracked this level finally. The trick is to keep playing at the bottom and try to teleport as many candies as you can from the left section to the right. After you have teleported an x number of candies, the acorn drops.
Played the level about 40 times now and the acorn never drops.....
This level is making me want to quit Candy Crush after so many years. One of the only bugs I've come across in a long time though, I hope they fix it soon.
How many attempts did you make before writing? I've just replayed the level. On the first attempt the nut fell but not the cherry. On the second I completed the level in just 4 moves. So, no bug.

I am having the same problem. Tried on computer and app on phone. I had just gotten an hour of lives so tried it MANY times.

I'm also having the same issue where only the cherry falls but the acorn doesn't fall down into the "main area". I've played this level about 15 times today and the acorn doesn't drop.
Anyone figure out what to do to get it down? About 30 tries and no luck

My music event isn't showing up anymore. There's still 14 hours left and I've almost completed it. I need help please
what happened to the music event? I completed my last but one tape and did not get it. I had only one more tape to go. This is very frustrating and might be my last time playing candy crush
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
