No connection to Facebook... on Facebook

Hi,

I occure very strange problem - after last update of the game to mobile-like version, when I am playing Candy Crush Saga on Facebook (on my computer) and try to ask friends for tickets to pass episode, I receive information that "I am not connected to Facebook". How is it even possible, if I opened this game through Fb? Any ideas what went wrong and how to solve it?

Must be your network low speed problem

For sure not. Needs to be something else, as it goes like this no matter where I play (different internet connections and devices).
