Lost levels

Hello! I've change to a new smartphone and I've lost all my levels on Candy Crush Saga, Soda and Jelly. I've had created a name on Kingdom as ArthurSarin for these games with my former smartphone, but not connected with a email, thinking that it was connected with my gmail/google account automatically. How do I proceed to get my levels back? Thank You.
