Since the last update, every time I try to open to play my Candy Crush, it crashes. I have tried to contact support and just got a canned email response of things to try (which I have tried everything). Anybody else experiencing this issue or have any thoughts as to how to get it to work again? I am missing out on things like my episode race and the Candy Cup because I cannot get into the game. Thanks in advance!
Hello my friend and welcome to the Community,
I had this happen to me only once before and I tried and the only thing that worked for me was I logged out of my game using my email address and password then logged back in with my email address and password then played a lower level and then logged back out using my email address and password then logged back in with my email address and password going back to my correct level and played the level and everything worked out for me.......Have you tried this ? **you have to win the lower level to get it to work**

Thank you for your response! No, the game crashes before I even get to the opening screen in order to log out of my account. It typically shows the orange King screen for several seconds, then when it switches to the home screen, it crashes and automatically closes. Thank you though.
