Candy Crush loads but does not open, 3 updates still not opening. In the 2000 level, not going to start over, please resolve.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
