Why would Candy Crush not count all the ingredients that fell? It's seems they just want you to PAY for extra moves.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
