Hello @Muddog02 not receiving all of the rewards from the Pick a Pumpkin feature and all other similar 'climbing' features is a well known issue. The problem is supposedly being investigated, but that has been the case for a long time now.
How the heck do you get customer service in this game?
To reach customer service from your game click on the settings button (cog shaped wheel) and then the question mark.

They should just delete the game if they are no longer supporting the application.
Well I will never spend another dollar on a game that has no support or application development. I guess if and when it starts working again I will continue to support with funds. I have had it happen probably a dozen times in the last 6 months. Just hard to figure out whom to let know as this forum feels more like just other players letting you know what is going on and not support from the company making the money. Been playing for years and enjoy the game but guess all good things come to an end.
